Based in Glasgow, Virtually Sorted was set up in 2004 by Caroline Wylie and provides remote admin services to hundreds of small businesses around the UK.

Since 2004, Virtually Sorted has provided remote admin services to hundreds of small businesses. Our team environment means we’re there whenever you need us, and can work flexibly with the specialists on our team, drawing on their experience when you need it.
You will be assigned a day-to-day contact who will liaise with you on your projects and who has a skill set suitable to your tasks, but your virtual assistant will be able to draw on the team’s combined experience in order to provide you with the excellent results you need.

Something you might not know about Bukola:
Always up for trying out any global traditional food recipes – especially the ones with unusual ingredients….. I’m currently searching for a nice recipe that includes Bitter Gourds.
Based all the way down in Bedfordshire, Tammy tackles what we affectionately call “Miscellaneous PA tasks” – so that might be chasing up your plumber for an appointment or organising a birthday party in a private dining room. Life is never boring!

Something you might not know about Tammy:
I left the world of FTSE 100 to concentrate on my own business and to fit in with my young daughter. Now 4 years on, I couldn’t ever imagine going back!
Emma heads up the call answering team. With a varied administration background including accounts and recruitment, Emma brings her bright and sunny disposition combined with sharp business acumen to the team, working from Glasgow.

Telephone answering…. I am a bit of a chatterbox so this suits me down to the ground! I started work as a telephonist/receptionist, when I was 16, and then moved up to being the Temp Controller for a recruitment consultancy, this involved some telesales so I know how it feels to be the poor schmuck on the other end of the phone. I don’t even mind the “rude” callers. I get to feign righteous indignation – And we all enjoy a bit of feigning of a morning!

Being part of a great team – Working as part of a virtual team is great too, even though we are all in offices miles apart there is a great team spirit.

Something you might not know about Emma B:
I was Scottish School Girl High Jump Champion! But that was a lifetime ago… And, as well as being a geek girl, I am a bit hippy dippy – I am a fully qualified Clinical Aromatherapist… My office smells lovely!
Emma hails from Huddersfield, and acts as Caroline’s deputy Account Manager when she’s not available. An avid music fan, Emma loves her cats and has 2 rescue cats.

Something you might not know about Emma D:
I travelled from the most southerly point of the South American continent up to Bolivia in a converted US army van with a group of strangers! My adventures found me swimming with penguins, turtles and sea lions.
Caroline has over 20 years’ administration experience working in music, advertising and virtual assistant industries. She’s worked with big corporates such as Sony, AMV:BBDO and Euro RSCG Riley; as well as with start-ups, solopreneurs, tech companies and a myriad of different business models.
An entrepreneur herself, she founded Virtually Sorted in 2004 and enjoys using her many assorted virtual office gadgets to enable her flexible lifestyle spending many years living between London and Glasgow. For the past 15 years, she has also run the UK’s leading organisation for virtual assistants, SVA Virtual Assistants CIC and volunteered as a Prince’s Trust supporter.
