Acknowledging your tasks

All incoming tasks should be sent to info@virtuallysorted.com which is manned Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.  Emails are usually acknowledged within 30 minutes, and you will be given an ETA on your task with the acknowledgement.  If you haven’t received this, please call us on 0141 423 8255 ASAP as it usually means there has been an issue with receiving your file.  Our email system can accept up to 15MB in file size, but occasionally some client email systems are unable to cope with this sort of data transfer.  For those clients having issues, we offer a secure file upload service at https://www.virtuallysorted.com/services-costs/send-this/.

Turnaround for your tasks

Usually tasks under an hour long and received by 5pm are completed next business day before 10am.

Occasionally, we might have to schedule a piece of work with a specialist (e.g. sales/web programmers) or spread the work over several days in order to get the best response.  In that case, we’ll always let you know when your task will be completed when you book it in.

If you want to save even more time when using an assistant, you can “batch” tasks into blocks of time so that the assistant works continuously on your tasks on a set day.  Ask us about this by calling 0141 423 8255.

Should you require a faster turnaround than our normal next business day service, we do offer a “rush job” service, which is subject to a £25 admin fee.  The reason for this is so that we can prioritise jobs properly and make sure they all hit the deadline.
