Bloggers Tea Party – the after dark edition!

Bloggersteapartylogo02What is a Bloggers Tea Party?

At the beginning of the year, we had our Bloggers Tea Party, and we had a number of bloggers ask us to repeat the event but this time in the evening!

  • No sales pitch, no sign ups, no fancy dressing up (unless you feel like it!).
  • Mix with other bloggers, find out what they use, how they inspire themselves, share your experience.
  • The venue has wi-fi, so you can live post from the event using #BloggersTea

Where/When?

The Bungo, Thursday 1st September 2016, 6-8pm – please RSVP below to give us an idea of numbers! And don’t worry, the only thing we’ll be doing with your email is telling you if any of the event details change…

Who is it for?

Those who blog in Scotland. Those who want to blog. Fashion bloggers, foodie bloggers, mummy bloggers, those who blog for fun, those who blog for work, those who need to know more about the bloggers and how to harness their fabulousness, those who think it all sounds kinda cool… All are very welcome as long as we get an RSVP!!!

Who is behind the idea?

CarolineCaroline Wylie has run Virtually Sorted her virtual assistant business for over a decade… She also runs the Society of Virtual Assistants – which started as a very similar idea to the Bloggers Tea Party, the aim being to bring together a load of virtual assistants who would freely share ideas and experiences to help one another and improve the reputation of the industry. What started with 7 assistants having lunch turned into the biggest UK virtual assistant organisation with over 1,600 members a few years later – simply because no one was flogging their services or trying to dominate the whole thing or be political. It was simply one human being helping another.

Back in 2014 Caroline was also shortlisted down to the final 10 Digital Tech bloggers in the UK Blog Awards, a great accolade and something which inspired her to see if the blogging industry could benefit from the same kind of connectivity that the VA industry now enjoys.
How to sign up?

We need an RSVP to confirm numbers with the venue. The only thing we’re doing with your email is letting you know if any of the event details change.
